Another interesting looking Kickstarter campaign has come to light; Fizz! The Surge of Video Games will be a 90 minute DVD documentary movie made with lost and previously unseen archive footage which was filmed between 1989 & 1998. The film is a project by Jonathan Beales and will cover all aspects of video gaming, including all the big names of that period; Sony, Sega, Electronic Arts, Philips, 3DO, Virgin Games, Mindscape, Interplay, Codemasters, Psygnosis, David Perry and HMV. The footage is all on old tape and will need to be professionally converted to digital and edited, which is where this crowdfunding campaign comes in.
