Castlevania Spectral Interlude released for ZX Spectrum

Excitement levels are running high here at RGC Towers with the news that we can now finally play the long awaited Castlevania Spectral Interlude on our 128K machines. Spectrum communities around the globe have been eagerly awaiting the final release of the game ever since the tantalising demo was released by Sanchez a while back.

The game is no disappointment either, pushing the 128 to its limits with stunning visuals and sound which although only a spin-off would do the official Konami franchise justice and then some. This has got to be of the best homebrew titles we have ever encountered, the quality of which has now set a new benchmark in what can be achieved on vintage hardware.

You can download the game for use in your Spectrum emulator (or even better, the real thing!) at the Castlevania Spectral Interlude homepage.
